All order ship for FREE and insured with tracking number. We do NOT ship to PO Boxes, AK, HI, APO, AEO, and U.S. Territories. NO shipping outside the 48 contiguous United States. All orders aside from larg size package ship via UPS or FedEx. Delivery time is 3 to 14 days. Larg size package ship via LTL Freight and delivery time is 3 to 16 days. LTL Freight will call the phone number you list on file to schedule delivery in advance. You can rest assured that your package will arrive in perfect condition and if it doesn't we will have the carrier pick-up the damaged or defective item and get a replacement sentout. We will assume the costs associated with doing so.
